The Inner Alchemy Project
It’s not about fixing what is broken. It’s about recognizing what never was…and finally choosing to live from that truth.
The Inner Alchemy Project is an integrated body of work dedicated to the most inconvenient kind of transformation: the kind that happens from the inside out. It is a three-part exploration of what it actually takes to unlearn survival, dismantle inherited narratives, and reclaim the self beyond shame, conditioning, and respectability politics.
At its core, this project is about rupture and remembrance.
Chain Breakers
Chain Breakers is a self-paced, trauma-informed workbook for those ready to interrupt generational patterns and redefine how they relate to themselves and others. Centered on cycle breaking, inner child healing, and family dynamics, this work helps you identify survival strategies that once protected you but now limit your growth. Rather than prescribing a single path to healing, Chain Breakers offers tools and guided reflection to help you determine what breaking cycles looks like in your own life - and how to move forward without self-abandonment.
Fat and Free
Fat and Free is a collection of poems and reflective prose that celebrates liberation through embodiment and self-regard. This work challenges the cultural demand to shrink, assimilate, and apologize for taking up space - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is an unapologetic affirmation that worth is not earned through conformity and that comfort in your own skin is not something to negotiate. Fat and Free is an invitation to release shame and reclaim yourself without conditions.

The New Big Three
The New Big Three explores how we make sense of who we are by examining the systems that shape identity. Drawing from psychology and cosmology, this work honors traditional frameworks like archetypes and internal structures while naming their limitations. It introduces a reframed model of self-understanding that centers learned emotional responses as a primary driver of behavior and identity. This chapter invites readers to reconsider what truly governs their inner world - and how greater awareness creates space for choice, integration, and agency
